Here at Motives Beauty Brands, we strive to empower people everywhere to look and feel beautiful inside and out and provide people worldwide with an opportunity to live the lifestyle they have always dreamed of. I recently interviewed Beauty Advisor Sean Teh. He is part of our Market Australia team and has incorporated Motives Beauty Brand's skincare and tools to grow as a skincare specialist. Sean is breaking boundaries with the Lumiere de Vie skincare line and continues to grow as an enterprenuer. Way to go, Sean! Thank you for inspiring us and constantly helping those around you to succeed.



1. How were you introduced to Lumiere de Vie skincare?

I was introduced to Lumiere de Vie when I first started my UnFranchise business. I've had an interest in skincare as a result of my not so healthy skin during my teenage years, and was really introduced to a lot of help by my knowledgeable senior business partner, Pearly Koh. She was the one who taught me a lot for my own use, and I was surprised that the products [really] work! 





2. What made you want to learn more and eventually partner with Lumiere de Vie?

Following from the above, many people complimented my skin condition and asked about my skincare regimen. I was thrilled that people were asking about it, because I soon learned it was a passion of mine to help people feel the best in their own natural skin. The brand is amazing, with so many great testimonials and new technology always being released by the company. As such, I knew that I could always count on being ahead of market trends and to provide products that work to people!

3. How have you leveraged the training & events to build your belief to propel your success?

Training and events are key to not only building belief but educating oneself. Not coming from a background in skincare expertise, I knew I had to build my knowledge repertoire to best help people around. This was one of the reasons I went. However, training and events also built my belief; belief in the products, belief in myself and belief in the brand. Training and events not only taught me the amazing ingredients in the products but I was able to hear tips and testimonials from other UnFranchise owners and their clients. I highly recommend attending in order to best leverage your time and to exponentially grow. 




4. In what ways has incorporating LDV into your business changed things for you?

Having LDV in my business has given me direction in how to best achieve my goals - one being to help individuals. My background of work helps corporates and businesses and I always want to help individuals more directly. LDV and the UnFranchise business helps me realize that by engaging in one-to-one marketing and really finding out what people want and need! It's really great to see people getting the difference and seeing changes they are after.

5. What are you most excited about in regard to long term goals leveraging LDV?

I'm looking forward to making an impact - through the UnFranchise business, LDV and the skillsets learnt in other aspects. I recently enjoyed running livestreams on social media platforms to share the wonders of LDV and skincare to the public. This was seen quite successfully as many people came interested to learn more about what I do and what products can help them too!


LDV is a great way for me to hit those goals and to really build on the passion of skincare and helping empower people. The great thing with LDV is that skincare is for everyone; it's inclusive no matter your gender and cultural background.
