The MBBA made a stop in Buda Texas last week. Beauty professionals & Unfranchise owners received firsthand experience with Motives products and skincare along with professional training from some of our top industry professionals. A few of the speakers were Lisa Martin-Director of Field Development, Leigh Raeder-Motives Field Consultant & Master Cosmetologist, Martha Tello Rosser-Makeup & Hair Artist & Licensed Massage Therapist, and Vena Pearson Hudgins-Licensed Paramedical Clinical Esthetician.
Leigh and Martha kicked off the event by offering the Custom Blend Certification Course where attendees learned how the MOTIVES CUSTOM BLEND SYSTEM offers not only an incredible product that is healthy for your skin, but a turnkey system that provides the artist the ability to customize both the product and the experience. Basic Color Theory was taught so that attendees understood the purpose and intent of the various products that we offer in our Custom Blend Mineral Kits. The Art of Communication was also taught, as this is essential in creating long lasting client relationships. The entire class had the opportunity to follow along, step by step, in creating their own personalized custom blended liquid and / or mineral powder. They learned how to work together with a team to maximize sales at a ‘Blend Your Beauty Event’ and how to properly brand themselves and promote the product. Lastly, about the incredible income potential custom blend has to offer.
Leigh and Martha kicked off the first day of the MBBA explaining WHY Motives, what we have to offer and how to speak in themes. The attendees learned about the Motives unique partnership options & packages as they dug more into the beauty industry and why the MBBA is the perfect answer. They also learned not only how to effectively conduct a discovery meeting, and all of the tools that are available to them to help them.
On Day two, Lisa went over disc personality profiling and everyone learned how to effectively work with all of the different personalities. The day ended with how to implement with in professional accounts and how to offer on-going support. Attendees also got to experience a skin treatment with Vena and water resistant makeup application with Martha.
