The Motives Certified Trainers flew in from all over the US, and came together in New York City for the MCT Certification Event. The event was a great opportunity for our Motives powerhouses to come together in person with one goal... learn how we can EMPOWER, UPLIFT, EDUCATE, and SUPPORT not only each other, but the entire field.

The daytime sessions gave everyone the chance to connect and share how they can use each other's strengths to help with other's weaknesses, helping each other become better with planning and strategizing how we can end the year and start the year off with a bang while supporting the field. We were also expanding our knowledge of all the things needed to run a successful business. And most importantly we had time to make lots of memories together at night on Utopia IV. We are all excited to grow over the next year!!
