What is it? The Motives Beauty Bash is a virtual VIP shopping event that will take place from November 16-18, 2023 in a private Facebook group. Attendees will learn about some incredible Motives products to use to get Holiday ready from Motives Certified Trainers during LIVE broadcasts held throughout the event.
How can you participate?

2. Invite: Personally reach out to those that you think would be interested in a text or phone call sharing your excitement about this exclusive VIP virtual event.
WHO: Friends, coworkers or family who have shown interest in the makeup you wear, or the way your skin looks. Friends, coworkers or family who comment on posts related to your business » Anyone looking for gift ideas and great deals this Holiday Season!
Next, invite people who you frequently chitchat with via social media. Again, keep it personal and invite them through messaging if that is how you communicate. Give them a reason why you thought they would enjoy being a part of this virtual event.
Example: Hi, I have really enjoyed watching all the fun times you had through the pics you posted. I can’t believe what a whirlwind it has been! Mine has been a whirlwind as well. I can’t believe how fast it’s been going these days (AHHHHHH lol!) Anywho, before I get tooooo long winded, I wanted to reach out to you and personally invite you a special EXCLUSIVE online VIP Beauty Bash shopping event we are having November 16-18th. I thought you would love to join because you mentioned…….. This event is strictly via social media and at your leisure, and will be sharing some tips & tricks, along with incredible deals for everyone on your list. Let me know if you’d like to attend! I look forward to hearing back.
3. Promote: Create a post to go on your personal Facebook page. In the post, let your followers know you are having an Exclusive Virtual Event and you would love to invite them. Ask them to comment or direct message you if they would like to attend. Also, let them know you will have great education & fun tasks and will be sharing incredible deals & discounts. We even have some graphics we created for your use!

Do a LIVE video talking a little bit about the event and why you are excited. Let your viewers know that this is a VIP event by invite only and will only last 3 days.
Invite your team: Share the information to your team groups, as well as your local area. They may not know this is happening! The more that participate the better for EVERYONE! Let’s all GROW together!!
4. Register: Once you get their commitment, if they aren’t already a registered preferred customer, make sure to help them register to ensure that any orders will be credited to you.

Find the group and click ADD-this will “INVITE” them to the group. They have to accept the invite.
Follow up to make sure they see the invite a know where to go:

6. Tag: Tag your guests in any posts that you want them to see before and during the event.
7. Participate: The more you interact, the more your guests will get excited. It takes all of us taking action to make it successful.

When possible, watch and interact during the LIVE broadcasts.
8. Follow up: Reach out to your customers during and especially at the END to close the sale. Ask them what they enjoyed most and if they have any questions. If you choose, you can offer them an incentive to purchase: A personal one on one consultation, free gift with purchase » ie: Trial Size Marketing Packets, any extra items you have, etc.
9. Learn: This is a great learning tool for you and your team. Not only will you learn how to have online events, but you will also learn tips & tricks from others.
